Description
This shoaling barb is a great addition to any planted aquarium.
They can be shy and timid so they do best when kept in large groups and are given plenty of sheltering spots, but when they settle in they show off beautiful black striping against an orangey/yellow body and dominant males often boast BRIGHT red coloration.
Omnivorous, they will eat most prepared foods they can fit in their mouth.
