Spider Wood makes a great addition to any freshwater aquarium. The delicate and thin branches and khaki brown color and create a more natural environment, making fish feel less stressed and more at home. Intricate pieces make a great centerpiece for any aquascape! Spiderwood is kiln dried for shipping, so it will not sink immediately and needs to get water logged first. Its best to weigh it down with a rock for about 6-7 days. Also its common to see a white fungus develop over the wood, this is normal and natural and safe, the fish may even eat it. It will not last long but you can also wipe it off as well.
